Si usa soprattutto per dare una spinta alle ricette di frutta e ai dessert cremosi.

Di solito si dosa tra 0,5% e 1% (media 0,81%), meglio partire basso perché basta poco. Lo si trova spesso con CAP Sweet Strawberry, CAP Vanilla Custard, FA Meringue e TPA Strawberry, Ripe.
