Taste and use

Mixers mostly use it as one layer in mixed-melon and summer fruit blends.

Expect to use 2-5% (3.58% on average). It layers nicely with CAP Honeydew Melon, TPA Honeydew, CAP Sweet Watermelon, CAP Sweet Mango and CAP Sweet Strawberry, and CAP Super Sweet is often added.

How to use Cantaloupe
