It's a staple for adding freshness to melon, cactus and other summery fruit blends.

Most recipes sit at 1-4%, averaging about 2.7%. Keep it on the lower side if you don't want the green notes to take over. It pairs well with INW Cactus, FLV Wild Melon, CAP Honeydew Melon and CAP Sweet Watermelon.
