Most recipes use 1-2% (average 1.96%), and it's worth starting at the low end because it can easily dominate. It pairs well with INW Grapes, INW Cactus (Kaktus), FA Fuji Apple, FA Lemon Sicily (Limone Sicilia) and FA Bilberry (Mirtillo), and is often used alongside CAP Super Sweet.
