Mixers use it to add depth and realism to blueberry blends.

It's potent, so 0.5-1.5% is typical (average 1.15%). It's most often paired with FW Blueberry and TPA Blueberry Extra, and also suits FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) and FA Meringue.

How to use Bilberry (Mirtillo)
