Taste and use

Mixers often use it in the background to add sweetness and a pillowy texture to creams and desserts.

Most recipes use 1-2%, with an average of about 1.5%. It works well with FA Meringue, FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca), CAP Vanilla Custard and FA Vienna Cream.

How to use Marshmallow

FlavourArt Marshmallow is a food-grade flavor concentrate for mixing your own e-liquid. In 2,539 recipes of our database it is added at 1.48% of the volume on average; in half of the recipes, from 1 to 2%. It is a concentrated flavor: start at the lower end and add a little at a time.
