Taste and use

It's a popular support flavour that adds sweetness and a fluffy mouthfeel to creams, custards and bakery recipes.

Most recipes use 0.75-2%, with an average of about 1.4%. Common partners are FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca), CAP Vanilla Custard, INW Biscuit and FA Vienna Cream.

How to use Meringue

FlavourArt Meringue is a food-grade flavor concentrate for mixing your own e-liquid. In 4,105 recipes of our database it is added at 1.34% of the volume on average; in half of the recipes, from 0.75 to 2%. It is a concentrated flavor: start at the lower end and add a little at a time.
