Taste and use

Mixers use it to thicken and sweeten cream, custard and dessert blends.

The usual range is 1-2%, with an average of about 1.5%. It pairs well with FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca), FA Meringue, CAP Vanilla Custard and FA Caramel (Caramello).

How to use Vienna Cream
