Taste and use

Mixers use it to add a caramel layer to custards, creams and bakery desserts.

Typical use is 1-3.3%, averaging about 2.6%. It sits well with CAP Vanilla Custard (or v2), CAP Sweet Cream and CAP Marshmallow, and CAP Graham Cracker v2 gives it a bakery base.
