Most recipes use 1-2.5%, averaging about 2%. Popular partners are CAP Vanilla Custard, CAP Sweet Cream, FA Meringue and FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca), with CAP Sweet Strawberry for a fruity twist.

How to use Marshmallow
