Mixers use it as a vanilla backbone for custards, cheesecakes and cream desserts.

The usual range is 1.5-3%, averaging about 2.61%. It's commonly paired with CAP Vanilla Custard or CAP Vanilla Custard v2, CAP New York Cheesecake and CAP Sweet Cream, and CAP Sweet Strawberry makes a fruity variation.
