Mixers use it to add body and a buttery sweetness to custards, cheesecakes, cookies and frosted bakery blends.

Most recipes use 1-2%, averaging about 1.6%. It often sits alongside CAP Vanilla Custard, CAP Sweet Cream, CAP New York Cheesecake and CAP Sugar Cookie, and CAP Sweet Strawberry works well for a strawberries-and-cream style mix.

How to use Butter Cream
