Taste and use

It's used to add a caramel accent to custards and creams, and also to tobacco blends.

It's strong, so most recipes use 0.5-1.5%, averaging just over 1%. Common partners are FLV Cream, FLV Vanilla Custard, FLV Butterscotch and FA Cream Fresh, and it also goes into tobaccos with FLV Cured Tobacco.

How to use Caramel

Flavorah Caramel is a food-grade flavor concentrate for mixing your own e-liquid. In 170 recipes of our database it is added at 1.14% of the volume on average; in half of the recipes, from 0.5 to 1.5%. It is a concentrated flavor: start at the lower end and add a little at a time.
