Most recipes sit at 1-2%, averaging about 1.8%. It works well with FA Vienna Cream, FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) and FA Caramel (Caramello), with FA Meringue or FA Cookie (Biscotto) for a bakery twist.

How to use Catalan Cream
