Most recipes use 0.5-1.05% (average 1.13%), and a little goes a long way. It works well with FA Fuji Apple, FA Apple Pie (Torta Di Mele), FA Caramel (Caramello) and FA Cookie (Biscotto), and FA Vienna Cream or FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) soften it.
