Se usa en mezclas de frutas rojas y en postres con fruta.

Suele ir al 2-5 % (media del 3,5 %). Se combina con CAP Sweet Strawberry, FA Forest Fruit (Forest Mix), FA Meringue y CAP Sweet Cream; para endulzar aparece a menudo CAP Super Sweet.
