Taste and use

Mixers use it as an all-round berry base for fruit mixes, jams and berry desserts.

Recipes usually sit at 2-5% (average 3.53%). It works with CAP Sweet Strawberry, FA Forest Fruit (Forest Mix), FA Meringue, CAP Sweet Cream and CAP Vanilla Custard, often with CAP Super Sweet.

How to use Harvest Berry
