Mixers use it in berry blends and creamy raspberry desserts.

Typical use is 2-5% (average 3.89%). It works with CAP Sweet Strawberry, CAP Blueberry, CAP Sweet Cream, CAP Vanilla Custard and FA Meringue, often sweetened with CAP Super Sweet.
