Taste and use

It is used in berry blends, cheesecakes and creamy blueberry desserts.

It is usually run fairly high, at 2-6% with an average of about 4.4%. Common partners are FA Bilberry (Mirtillo) and CAP Sweet Strawberry, or CAP Vanilla Custard, CAP Sweet Cream and CAP New York Cheesecake for desserts.
