Taste and use

Mixers use it as a filling in doughnuts, pastries and custard desserts.

Use 1.5-4% (average 3.2%). It is often paired with CAP Glazed Doughnut and CAP Vanilla Custard, and FA Bilberry (Mirtillo), FW Blueberry or CAP Blueberry add a fresher berry layer. CAP Super Sweet is a common addition.
