Dà una sensazione fresca, quasi ghiacciata, e si usa soprattutto nei fruttati e nei mix «ice».

È molto potente: di solito si sta tra lo 0,5 e l'1,5% (media 1,1%), meglio partire basso e salire a piccoli passi. Si usa spesso con TPA Strawberry, Ripe, TPA Dragonfruit e CAP Sweet Strawberry, insieme a dolcificanti come CAP Super Sweet o TPA Sweetener (Sucralose/Maltol).

Come usare Koolada 10%

TPA Koolada 10% è un aroma alimentare concentrato per miscelare da sé i propri liquidi. In 772 ricette del nostro database si aggiunge in media al 1,1% del volume; nella metà delle ricette, dal 0,5 al 1,5%. È un aroma concentrato: parti dal limite inferiore e aggiungine poco alla volta.
