Mixers use it to give strawberry recipes a candied, sweet-shop feel.

Most recipes use 2-5%, averaging 3.68%. It's commonly layered with CAP Sweet Strawberry, INW Shisha Strawberry, TPA Strawberry, Ripe or FA Strawberry (Red Touch), and sometimes CAP Jelly Candy and CAP Super Sweet.
