Mixers use it as a creamy base for desserts, cakes and fruit creams.

Most recipes use 2-3%, averaging about 2.72%. It's often mixed with CAP Vanilla Custard, FW Sweet Cream, FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) and FW Cake (Yellow), with CAP Sweet Strawberry for a fruity cream and CAP Super Sweet to sweeten.

How to use Bavarian Cream
