Used to add creaminess and roundness to custards, nutty desserts and fruit-and-cream mixes.

Most recipes use 1.45-3%, averaging about 2.5%. It pairs well with FW Bavarian Cream and CAP Vanilla Custard, with FW Butter Pecan or FW Hazelnut for nutty mixes, and with CAP Sweet Strawberry.

How to use Sweet Cream
