Mixers use it to add sweetness and a fluffy body to creams, cereals and dessert blends.

Most recipes use 1-3% (average 2.26%). It works well with CAP Vanilla Custard, FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca), FA Meringue, FW Sweet Cream and FW Bavarian Cream, and with CAP Sweet Strawberry for a fruity twist.

How to use Marshmallow
