Most recipes use 1-3%, averaging about 2.44%. It works well with FW Cake (Yellow), CAP Vanilla Cupcake, CAP Sugar Cookie and CAP Vanilla Custard, and with CAP Sweet Strawberry or CAP New York Cheesecake for fruity cake mixes.

How to use Cake Batter
