It is a popular way to add roundness and depth to cereal, bakery and cream recipes without the honey taking over.

Most recipes use 0.75-2% (around 1.41% on average). It works well with FLV Cream, INW Biscuit and CAP Vanilla Custard, and a touch of TPA Acetyl Pyrazine 5% brings out a toasty edge.

How to use Milk and Honey
