Taste and use

Mixers use it at low levels to add richness to bakery, dessert and tobacco-style blends.

Keep it low, at 0.3-1% (average 0.73%). It works with FA Fuji Apple and CAP Cinnamon Danish Swirl, and with INW Biscuit, CAP Vanilla Custard and FA Caramel (Caramello). CAP Super Sweet is often added.

How to use Liquid Amber
