It's used in pancake, breakfast and bakery recipes, and as a sweet accent in tobaccos.

Typically 0.5-2%, averaging 1.53%. It works with CAP Golden Butter, INW Biscuit and FA Cookie (Biscotto) for bakes, and with CAP Vanilla Custard or FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) for creamier mixes.
