It's a classic base that gives creamy body to fruit creams, cheesecakes and desserts.

The usual range is 1.44-3%, averaging 2.4%. Common partners are TPA Strawberry, Ripe, TPA Cheesecake (Graham Crust), TPA Sweet Cream and TPA Vanilla Swirl, often with CAP Vanilla Custard and a touch of CAP Super Sweet.

How to use Bavarian Cream
