Taste and use

Mixers use it to add sweetness and fluffy body to creams and fruit recipes.

Most recipes use 1-2%, averaging around 1.8%. It is often combined with TPA Bavarian Cream, TPA Sweet Cream and TPA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, or with TPA Strawberry, Ripe for a fruit-and-cream mix.

How to use Marshmallow
