Dà dolcezza e morbidezza a creme, gelati e dessert alla frutta.

Il dosaggio abituale è 1-2%, con una media di circa 1,8%. Si abbina spesso con TPA Bavarian Cream, TPA Sweet Cream, TPA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream e TPA Strawberry, Ripe. Come dolcificanti si usano spesso CAP Super Sweet o TPA Sweetener (Sucralose/Maltol).
