Taste and use

Widely used as a chocolate backbone in milks, creams and bakery mixes.

Most recipes use 1.25-4.5%, averaging 3.31%. It's often paired with TPA Bavarian Cream and TPA Dairy Milk, and sometimes a touch of TPA Acetyl Pyrazine 5% for a roasted edge.

How to use Double Chocolate (Clear)
