Taste and use

It is used mainly to sweeten and round off creams, custards and fruit desserts.

Most recipes keep it at 0.75-2% (average 1.38%). It works well with TPA Bavarian Cream, TPA Vanilla Swirl, TPA Marshmallow and TPA Strawberry, Ripe.

How to use Meringue

TPA Meringue is a food-grade flavor concentrate for mixing your own e-liquid. In 204 recipes of our database it is added at 1.36% of the volume on average; in half of the recipes, from 0.5 to 1.8%. It is a concentrated flavor: start at the lower end and add a little at a time.
