Capella Peppermint

Taste and use

Mixers use it on its own in mint blends or with chocolate and sweet notes for mint dessert recipes.

Typical use is 1.5-4% (average around 3.2%). It's often blended with CAP Spearmint, CAP Cool Mint and CAP Menthol, or with FW White Chocolate, FA Meringue and CAP Super Sweet for a sweeter mint.

How to use Peppermint
