Taste and use

Mixers use it in citrus blends and creamy orange-style desserts.

Most recipes use 1-3% (average 2.04%). Combine it with FA Orange (Arancia), FA Lemon Sicily (Limone Sicilia) or FA Lime Tahity (Cold Pressed) for a citrus mix, or with FA Vienna Cream or FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) for a creamsicle feel. CAP Super Sweet is often added.
