Taste and use

It's mostly used to add juiciness and lift to layered strawberry recipes.

Most mixers use 1.5-3% (average 2.39%). It's often stacked with TPA Strawberry, Ripe, FA Strawberry (Red Touch), CAP Sweet Strawberry and INW Shisha Strawberry, with FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) for strawberries and cream.
