Taste and use

Mixers often use it to boost and brighten other peaches in stone-fruit and peaches-and-cream blends.

It's strong, so 1-3% is typical, averaging around 2.04%. It's often layered with FA Peach, White (Pesca Bianca), CAP Yellow Peach, FA Peach (Pesca) or FLV Peach, and with FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) or FA Liquid Amber.

How to use Peach
