Taste and use

Mixers use it as the main note in fruit blends and in peaches-and-cream style recipes.

Usual range is 1.5-4%, with an average of 3.22%. It's commonly paired with FA Peach, White (Pesca Bianca) or INW Peach for depth, and with FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) or FA Vienna Cream for creamy mixes. FA Fuji Apple and FA Pear also turn up often.
