Mixers add it to cinnamon rolls, cakes and cheesecake-style desserts for a creamy, iced finish.

It's potent, so keep it to 1-2% (1.44% on average). It complements CAP Sugar Cookie, FW Cake (Yellow), INW Biscuit, CAP Vanilla Custard and FA Meringue, with CAP Super Sweet if needed.

How to use Cream Cheese Icing

LorAnn Cream Cheese Icing is a food-grade flavor concentrate for mixing your own e-liquid. In 296 recipes of our database it is added at 1.38% of the volume on average; in half of the recipes, from 0.75 to 2%. It is a concentrated flavor: start at the lower end and add a little at a time.
