Mixers use it in custards, biscuits and caramel apple blends.

Most recipes use 1-3.5% (average 2.85%). It's commonly paired with CAP Vanilla Custard, CAP Vanilla Custard v2, CAP Sugar Cookie and CAP Sweet Cream, and with FA Fuji Apple for caramel apple.

How to use Caramel
