Taste and use

Used in cereal-and-milk recipes and as a crunchy note in bakery mixes.

Most recipes use 1.5-4%, averaging about 3%. It is often paired with FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca), CAP Vanilla Custard, FA Meringue and INW Biscuit, sometimes with a touch of TPA Acetyl Pyrazine 5%.

How to use Cereal 27
