Taste and use

Mixers mostly use it to add a caramel note to custard and cream recipes.

Usually used at 1.5-3% (average around 2.6%). Common partners are CAP Vanilla Custard (v1 or v2), FW Bavarian Cream, CAP French Vanilla, CAP Sweet Cream and FA Cream Fresh.
