Used as an accent in citrus mixes, tea-style blends and creamy desserts.

Keep it low: most recipes use 0.48-1.5%, averaging 0.99%. It often turns up with FA Orange (Arancia), CAP Sweet Tangerine and FA Meringue.

How to use Bergamot
