Taste and use

It is used to add a tangy red-fruit note to fruit blends.

Most recipes use 1.1-3% (average 2.47%). It is often paired with FA Fuji Apple, FA Bilberry, FA Lemon Sicily and INW Cactus, or softened with FA Vienna Cream.
