TPA Dulce de Leche

Taste and use

It's a favourite for adding a caramel layer to custards, creams and bakery mixes.

Most recipes use 1-3%, averaging around 2%. It works well with CAP Vanilla Custard, TPA Bavarian Cream, TPA Vanilla Swirl and TPA Sweet Cream, and some mixers add a sweetener such as CAP Super Sweet.

How to use Dulce de Leche
