Used to add a sweet, toffee-like note to custards, creams and bakery recipes.

Most recipes use 1-2.5%, averaging about 2.1%. It pairs well with FA Caramel (Caramello), FA Vienna Cream, FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) and CAP Vanilla Custard, or with FA Cookie (Biscotto) and FA Marshmallow.

How to use Butterscotch
