Typical use is 1-2%, averaging around 1.5%. It works well with FA Caramel (Caramello), FA Vienna Cream, FA Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) and CAP Vanilla Custard, or with FA Cookie (Biscotto) and FA Marshmallow.
