Taste and use

Mixers use it in fruit yogurt and creamy dessert recipes.

Usually used at 1.5-4% (average around 3%). It's often layered with CAP Creamy Yogurt, FA Cream Fresh and FA Vienna Cream, with FA White Peach, FA Strawberry (Red Touch) or FA Meringue added.
